This is a pre-launch version. These product rules describe the implemented flow; the operator must finalise customer terms before taking public payments.
6 welcome credits
Each verified account receives 6 one-off free credits. They do not renew. Standard uses 1 credit and Frontier uses 3. Requests for additional role-based suggestions are new reviews. Local edits and exports do not use credits. Failed reviews restore their credit reservation.
Pay as you go
One credit is A$0.25. Buy 20 prepaid credits for A$5 through Stripe, with no subscription or automatic top-up. Standard costs 1 credit (A$0.25); Frontier costs 3 credits (A$0.75). The operator bears payment processing fees.
The exact credit price is shown before you agree. Any remaining welcome credits are used first; purchased credits cover the remainder. The credits are reserved while the review runs and charged on success. After a top-up, the workspace shows your total available credits, including any unused welcome credits, instead of a separate welcome tracker.
A final language check of your edited wording is included without an additional credit charge. You can accept, reject or edit its corrections. Changing the underlying resume wording after that check requires a new final check before exporting. Identical final checks reuse the saved result. Rechecks remain subject to service availability and request limits.
Review your facts and formatting
AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You decide which experience is accurate and which changes to accept. An optional Word draft download lets you inspect the exact formatting and pagination. The final language check does not verify the truth of your experience or guarantee an error-free document. Resumes longer than one page can be exported.
Before commercial launch
The operator must add their business identity, contact and support channel, refund arrangements for unused credit, and applicable consumer-law terms. No public payments should be enabled before this review is complete.
