8 welcome credits
Each verified account receives 8 one-off free credits. They do not renew. Every resume review uses 4 credits, at any editing depth. Requests for additional role-based suggestions are new reviews. Local edits and exports do not use credits. Failed reviews restore their credit reservation.
Pay as you go
Buy 20 credits for US$5, 45 credits for US$10, or 75 credits for US$15 through Stripe. US$10 is preselected; you can choose any package before payment. No subscription or automatic top-up. Every resume review costs 4 credits. Credit value varies by package. The operator bears Stripe payment processing fees.
The exact credit price is shown before you agree. Any remaining welcome credits are used first; purchased credits cover the remainder. The credits are reserved while the review runs and charged on success. After a top-up, the workspace shows your total available credits, including any unused welcome credits, instead of a separate welcome tracker.
Spelling, grammar and consistency suggestions are part of the initial review. You can edit, accept or reject each change, then proceed directly to Word export without a separate AI check.
Cover notes
Your review includes two cover-note versions, written from your final exported resume using GPT-6, the same engine as your resume review. New applications start with short, informal wording. You can choose long or short and formal or informal for another version. The third and subsequent versions cost 1 credit each; the price is shown before you agree, and remaining welcome credits are used first. Failed generations restore their credit reservation.
Up to four AI attempts are available per application, including unsuccessful attempts. Failed requests are not automatically retried, and reopening the application does not reset this limit. Your note is temporary: copy it into your email or application before starting a new resume or the session expires after 24 hours. Copying and reading an existing note do not use credits.
Review your facts and formatting
AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You decide which experience is accurate and which changes to accept. After saving and exporting, open your Word resume to check its exact formatting and page count. The AI review does not verify the truth of your experience or guarantee an error-free document. Resumes longer than one page can be exported.
Refunds and help
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for unused purchased credits. If a service fault affected your review or payment, use Request help with your account email and payment or review reference. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy, including restoring credits or a refund where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. See the ACCC explanation of consumer guarantees.
Purchased credits do not expire automatically and are used only when you approve a review or an additional cover note. They cannot be transferred to another account. Base prices are in US dollars. You may pay in USD, AUD or EUR. AUD and EUR prices are converted from the US price using the latest available ECB daily reference rate via Frankfurter and rounded to the nearest cent, without an added exchange-rate markup. Stripe shows the exact amount and currency before payment. Your bank may charge its own fees. Requests whose outcome is unknown may keep a credit reservation until their status is checked; request help if a review cannot be recovered.
Using your account
Keep your login secure and upload only documents you are entitled to use. Automated abuse, attempts to access other accounts and repeated account creation to obtain welcome credits are not permitted. We may pause abusive or disputed accounts while investigating. Service availability and reasonable upload and request limits apply. AI suggestions do not guarantee an interview, employment or a particular screening result.
