What a review uses
Your Word resume, advertisement and any experience notes are stored privately in Cloudflare. When you approve an AI review, the extracted text and relevant editing preferences are sent to OpenAI. The application requests that API responses are not stored as a retrievable OpenAI response; this does not promise zero retention by the provider.
Your private workspace
Each account has its own drafts, exports and preference history. Only completed exports inform future suggestions. Account sign-in is handled by Clerk. If you buy credit, Stripe handles your payment details; this application stores payment references and credit balances, not card numbers.
Advertising
Optional Google advertising is restricted to the public landing page. Advertising code is not loaded in the private resume editor. It is disabled for this pre-launch version. Any required consent platform and publisher approval must be completed before activation.
Requesting help
The help form sends your message and reply email to Guus Vreeburg’s support inbox. Cloudflare checks for spam. The site stores a request reference and hashed metadata for duplicate-send protection and short-term abuse limits; message text is not stored in the website database. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or sensitive resume information.
Retention and requests
Saved documents remain in the account until the owner removes them on request. The production release must provide the operator’s identity, contact details, retention schedule and a tested deletion process before accepting public customers.
